I have a Ford racing tuner on my 06 GT along with a FRP CAI and Pypes cat back M-80. I recently purchased an Offroad X pipe from pipes. Pypes and some other forums as well says the turner can turn off the rear O2 sensors so that the CEL light does not come one after the install. I dont remember this step when installing the tune. Is it Automatically done by the tuner or is there some extra step, or is it just not true.
I dont want to spend and hour installing this thing just to take it back out agin.

I'm assuming turning off the O2 sensors has to be written into the tune. Can anyone verify this?
