Did you ever resolve this? I've recently purchased a Procharged 10psi 2005 Mustang GT, and I have the same problem. Sputters and barely goes in the morning when its cold, but fine when it warms up. I'm installing a set of Brisk sometime in the next week or so, but it'd be nice if something else I should look at too.

I just installed the KB stage 2 and it's been great. KB changed their BAP setup to it being on the whole time. I'm glad they did, saved me from running the pressure sensor wiring from the back to the front they also updated their tune to account for that.

I agree about not flooring it till the car is warmed up. I have the Aeroforce gauges and I wait till the coolant temps are around 170 degrees which is when the thermostat opens up, then it's ready to rock.

I haven't noticed any real problems with my tune so far. I did notice that sometimes if you go into boost at a low amount of throttle it'll act funny. like you're accelerating but not how you would at the same amount of boost at full throttle, like it's not adding all the timing or something.

Mine was doing this for a long time cold or hot. I checked the plugs last and 7 out of eight were at least a half turn loose. I kept smelling fuel under boost and could not track it down. I pulled all of the plugs and cleaned them. I also had the plugs gapped at the in box gap and now I set them to .032. I tightened them down good and now all of the problems are gone. No fuel smell either... go figure.
