No offense but that's a dumb question. Boost isn't what gives you HP it's volume, boost is just a measurement of manifold pressure. 20psi of blower "A" may not creat the same power as 20psi of blower "B" is "A" flows 1600cfm and "B" flows 2000 or "B" intercooler efficiency is much greater providing a colder denser charge. If you're looking for the most power one shot done then the 550HP FRPP Whipple H.O. kit is the way to go. If you want a good price on a kit that you can expand later on then a Roush TVS kit ot Kenne Belle would be a good choice amongst many more....
near all blowers are capable of the some boost levels, way beyond what the stock block can take, the boost depends on the pulley size used and amount of restriction in the air flow thru the motor
You want the Kenne Bell Mammoth for the largest complete package available. It will definately produce more power than a Whippe 2.3 HO. You will need to forge your rotating assembly to take advantage of all the Mammoth's capability.
