Default RoushCharger: Off Road Use Only

So I was looking at the installation manual for the 2010 RoushCharger, and printed all over it reads: "Off Road Use Only".

Here is the .pdf of the manual: http://store.roushperformance.com/im...pdf/420023.pdf

What exactly does this mean? Is it not street legal? Why would Ford back a SC with a 3 years warranty if it wasn't legal?

That's a disclaimer statement, a cover your *** statement, they need to say that for legal reasons....

Good to know. So if I ever had a pony with a RoushCharger, the whine alone wouldn't be reason enough to have me pulled over?
