Defference between the Vortech V3 HO and Novi 2200 HO?

Default Defference between the Vortech V3 HO and Novi 2200 HO?
Whats the main difference between these two blowers? I see the Paxton is a few hundred cheaper. Is the V3 HO better?

The vortech comes with an air/water intercooler which uses a few more parts than the paxtons air/air intercooler.
