Default Quick question, probably a dumb one

but what the hell does the "Phone" button do that's located on the top right of the radio? I searched the manual thinking it was a bluetooth deal or whatever, but can't find any info on this. When I push the button it displays, "no phone" over the radio display. Any help is appreciated. This is on a 2009 GT/CS btw.

its for cars that came with factory bluetooth. if your car doesnt have bluetooth then its just a useless button.

Ahh, that sucks. Thanks for the info. Is there any worthwhile way to get it set-up?

Weird, I'ver been in 3 gt/cs (including mine) and have never seen this...interesting option, though one I'd never use...Anywho, you are putting down 300+RWHP with just a tune, gears and such? Dyno tune, I'd assume? Nice color choice as well...

Nah there isn't, its a $700 option from ford and its no better than a bluetooth you can buy from best buy for $100.

Thats funny, my 07 has the same phone icon button.
When I press mine, the radio mutes just like the
Owners Manual states it would.
Whoed a thunk the OM has such info on things like'ems thats
