Default loss of power

I have a 2002 mustang gt and when I rev it up high and then drive the power feels different. She pulls stronger and she is louder. When I dont she feels slower. Is there carbon buildup? I have magnaflow magnapaks on her. Nice sound but this power and sound difference is annoying. I am in park and rev it up, then go to drive and my car is louder and pulls better. If I dont do that she is quieter. Any suggestions?

I don't understand the question. You are revving it in neutral and then takin off?
Please explain more clearly what you're doin.

sounds weird man, when was the last time you tuned it up? change the oil and plugs lately? could be an issue with the plugs and when they warm up you get a better spark (just guessing). could be something with the electronics, are you throwing any codes?

no codes are showing. the oil has been changed recently. maybe it is the plugs.
