Default I want to increase HP
I have a 2006 Saleen S281 4.6 Mustang with manual transmission and I want to add HP without spending a fortune. I have heard about chips, but not sure where to start. What can you suggest?

Get a CAI and a handheld tuner like an SCT. Then buy a custom tune for a good bang for your buck.
You can buy a package with all three from most major tuners (Brenspeed, VMP, Bamachips etc)

yeah man if you're already boosted it's pretty easy to add more power custom tune and more boost!
