1. open the can.
2. remove the blue cap on the snail-looking thingamajig.
3. pour the can into the opening.

.. dang it. Mid April and we're expecting a few inches of snow today... does it ever end?? Got a little too excited for summer, took of my snow tires last week.. buah!
