i have a 97 4.6L 2V 281C.I.D 5spd mustang GT. there are a few mods that i know of (just bought car) it has a short throw shifter, 355 gears in back, and flowmaster exhaust, on of my buddies told me it also might have a aftermarket high flow fuel pump because from the minute i turn the key it screams. OK! my problem is that while accelerating my car seems to bog or pudder. the acceleration is not smooth, first gear is cool its got good power, but if i am trying to power through gears outside of first it bogs. the bogging is not to bad in 2nd but 3rd and 4th are horrible and even 5th is bad.

I am not a ase tech or anthing but i know my way around cars so please give me any tech advise possible.
