Can a meth system running 50/50 mix be used on a non boosted engine with a custom tune to take advantage of the additional octane and the benefits of cooler IAT's?

all-motor doesn't see the crazy intake temps that the boosted cars will see so the gains from the intake temps dropping will be less significant than on a boosted car but there should still be some gain. adding timing would be where you could gain some power running meth. figure your gains would match whatever a race gas only tune for your car would be.

you would have to go with what BruceH was saying and set it according to MAF voltage. typically there's two points to set up on meth injection. the first point is when the system turns on and the second is when it's running full blast. so you could set the first point to 4000rpm and it'll start to spray, then set the second point to 5500 or so for when it's spraying full blast.

most meth kits I've seen have MAP sensors built into the controller to set everything, you'll have to look around for one that's set up for receiving a 0-5V MAF signal.

Snow stage 2 kits come with a controller that will work off of map or maf.
