07 FltRoc GT

Hey guys the specific questions I have are listed below but some background info first. Bone stock right now except for the hurst shifter. I'm planning a trip to brenspeed but want to know if this setup sounds reasonable. I'd be getting the CAI and tuner, probably 3.73 gears but I need to confirm what I currently have, and the detroit rocker cams. So hear are the questions:

1. For exhaust I really like the look of the stock tips with the radius cut out of them. So if I did pypes LT's and maybe an H pype or prochamer could I keep the stock mufflers? Would that give me a little lower than stock sound but not set off car alams low? Still make the rockers sound good?

2. Anyone know if the new FRPP intake manifold is worth the money in terms of HP gain? I see they are claiming like 30-40 at higher RPM.

3. Any other mods I should do at the same time that are good bang for your buck HP wise?

4. This one could be a whole post on its own, but do you guys think pricing will go down in the next year or two on mods for the 05-09 now that the 5.0 is out?

I plan on staying NA and just want more go right now. May consider doing some exterior mods in the future. Thanks for any responses guys its appreciated.
