Default OBX LT Header Questions....Links Provided!

i was looking into longtubes for my 2005 GT coupe, i have had obx headers before, on my acura/hondas..

what i have come to find with them is they are an exact replica of an expensive header...

in the case of the 2002-04 rsx type S obx header, it was a comptech replica which was a 900 dollar header, i got the obx one for 300 new!

which model did the 05GT obx header replicate?

i currently have super 44's w/ stock cast headers, and o/r h pipe....would they be worth it? and the specs are 1 1/2 tube size, and 2.5 inch collector...

comes with 2 headers, gaskets, 2 piece o/r h, and 2 piece catted h.....475 shipped stainless polish...

any thoughts? links below!

several people go the OBX a couple years ago and they seemed to be ok. you get what you pay for though too. I went with ARH and couldnt be happier, the sound and fitment, everything is great with them

ppl give boost brothers a bad name but i'm quite happy with mine and i only paid like $200 for mine...and all i need is a set of motor mounts to go with them and they're like 125 to fix the steering issue...and thats still cheaper than anything else...i dont have any leaks, not a single problem what so ever...and i've had them for close to a year

go with boost brothers if the funds are an issue...they are cheaper then OBX and the new version fits without rubbing the steeering column.

Hmm. Going by the pics they don't look too bad. I wish there was more info on these, because I would definitely consider them. I know "you get what you pay for", and I'm sure KOOKS and ARH are probably nicer, but considering the cost savings its really hard not to consider these. If you move forward with them, keep us informed. It appears as though they come with both cats and no cats mid pipe. That's definitely a nice feature.
