Did replace the high speed cooling fan relay, haven't had to use the switch since.. For some reason that relay goes out in a few months..

Is the problem intermittent? Sometimes the hi speed fan works and sometimes it doesnt? I have had a similar issue and considered the relay replacement as the fix.

yes sir, intermittent at first... then eventually it starts happening way to often.. this is my second replacement relay, first time i used the one from the rear defroster and the issue went away for several months.....
