So i got my JLT intake tonight. The plastic one. I put it together and it shows the MAF being on the rear side of the tube..Now doing it this way the sensor is actually upside down..This doesnt matter does it..I wouldnt think it does just asking to make sure. Sucks I cant do anything till i get my revised tune tomorrow from brenspeed

Doesnt matter. Just put it in the correct way; it should only fit one way, so air flows through it in the proper direction! It's marked on the MAF.

Your car will run backwards and the intake will blow instead of suck.

I never seen a MAF like that before..I am use to the small little ones with the resistor looking sensor in it..I never had a car that had a candy bar for a MAF..LOL

woohoo..my tune came in my inbox..I loaded it up and car fired up and sounds good..it seems alot smoother..before when i would give it a quick blip i would get a good bit of backfire..it seems i dont get them anymore..I havnt got to take it for a ride yet cause I got hit with a headach that is making the room spin

ok just took it for a spin..seems like it runs pretty good..it seems like its got quieter. Not as much exhaust note it seems like its more of a lower pitch roar coming from it now..sounds cool. Now I just gotta dyno the thing

I have the JLT and my MAF is at the top and a little to the rear. (2 O'clock)
