I think 410's are too steep when running the 1/4 mile, at least they are if you run the stock diameter tire.
Don't you have to shift into 5th when running the 1/4?
I am pretty sure you'd top out at around 110 mph in 4th, and with your setup you should trap out faster then that.
I don't recall reading if you car was a stick or Auto, but 4.10 with an SC and a 5spd are great, a must IMO actually. I ran 325/45/17's last year and trap at 122 with room to go in 4th, and on the freeway with the factory 18's at around 80-85mph I turn around 3k rpms. There is no reason not to go 4.10 with a stick unless you are concerned about mpg. With the Vortech your are going to need the gearing to get that thing into it's powerband, the vortech's generally lack the low end torque the twin screws have.
I’m not really sure what else if anything I should do, I was thinking maybe a Cam, Head Job, or internals any thoughts?
Sure, why not. While they are no opening the engine I suggest stage 9 heads and quad cams. Everything should be on their shelf, they'll probably be done by the afternoon.
