ENGINE REMOVAL

are there any sites that give a good description on the easiest steps to pulling this motor?

I think Horsepower TV (you can watch the shows off xbox or wherever) did one where they pulled the engine to have a stroker kit put on. They used a lift and it seemed pretty easy.
