Nice, well hopefully you will be able to swing it.
What a BAP? On the s197 site some dude was talking about IAT in reference to superchargers, what that?

kenne Bell boost a pump, and Intake air temp sensor. Your oem location is joined with the MAF sensor on the inlet part of the intake by the air filter. The new location is usually on the intake manifold, so it can take a more accurate temp reading. If it reads a certain temp, it will pull timing so nothing explodes out the side of your block

I am trying to get the $3,500 M90 deal, if not then the $4,500 JDM M90/500hp kit. And still if not that then I just spoke to Brenspeed about their base Saleen kit for about $5,499

I graduate this year, and I'll be getting a ton of money back from taxes and tuition reimbursment from my job.

Yeah that Saleen kit is tempting isn't it? And Brenspeed is just great to deal with as well...

Hell yeah it is!

I asked them why the '10s were such a great deal and if they have anything for the older S197s.. they do! The 475hp base kit, which is an awesome deal for a intecooled twin screw. Sure, I'll only be making 400whp but that's instant power, cool/consistent and room to grow.

I like the M90's awesome $3,500 deal but I might just get the Saleen

Yeah the Saleen kit is priced pretty well, and especially when you consider the Brenspeed tune to go along with it. Theres nothing wrong with the basic 475hp crank kit, thats 400 rwhp at sea level on instant tap... and its pretty easy to upgrade from there later if you wanted to. If I get a twin screw, thats going to be it for sure I think. Its all going to depend on how much money I want to spend come spring. I may also consider just doing the FRPP manifold and the non-IC Vortech/Paxton as well. The 2010 M90 kit at $4299 is also a constant contender... but I'm not sure the fate of the M90 or how easy it will be to get one when the time comes.

^^ Ditto.. nothing wrong with that at all

I still want to see if the M90 for $3,500 is still available whenever my V3 sells.
