Default Whipple Supercharger

I've been looking into getting the Whipple Supercharger kit from Lethal Performance.
http://www.lethalperformance.com/sup...t-black-p-8318
I was wondering if there is anything in addition to this kit that should be purchased along with it?

It's a great idea....it's a little expensive but I have never had a problem with it and it's CARB coded. If you have a stock block just buy the HO kit as it is safe enough.

Yeah i'm looking at getting the HO intercooled kit, I have plans to build the motor in the near future so it seem like a great kit for my plans.

the Whipple HO is a great kit. nothing else is necessary, but other stuff would help.
like gauges, clutch, etc.
but to run the SC kit, nothing else is needed.
i got mine from Lethal as well.
try PM Jared from Lethal, his SN is Boostaddict on this site.
and happy boosting!

Being as i'm an Auto a clutch wouldn't help haha but I do have a built transmission and different torque converter. What Gauges would be a good idea to get? I was looking at the triple gauge pillar pod, with a boost gauge, IAT, and an Air fuel mixture gauge.

You're going to love the Whipple HO kit. I have fuel pressure, wideband, and boost in the Autometer Cobalt series. Jared at Lethal Performance is great to deal with.

sorry to go off topic, but how do you like that 3200 TCI stalled converter?

Does it make a dramatic difference in how hard it launches?? I am really considering one of those next year, though a Percision industries multi-disc..

Would Fuel Pressure be a better idea then IAT?

Only the trasmission is built by TCI the Torque converter is a P.I. and I love it, it drives great around town and when I launch with it, it feels great launches hard and gets me up to speed a bit fast. haven't taken it to the track yet.
