Which cams for my 2010 Vert?

You can rent a set of tools from here for about $75. http://www.shopfreedomracing.com/3V-...?productId=214
Your only other costs would be phaser bolts and silicone, about $35. All you have to do for the swap is remove your valve covers, take out three followers, unbolt the cams and put new cams in. Hammeron has a good write up on it. In fact it's so good that the tool company I linked uses it in their advertisements!
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
