If you have a digital multimeter, you can easily check if the alternator's at fault.
Basically you'll need to do two tests: a DC voltage check across the battery as the engine's idling (no accessories on), and an AC ripple test for a bad alternator diode.

@danzcool
I do appreciate your response. I got in touch with bama today and did another data log. Of course finding there PIDs and DMRs they requested was quite a chore. But, I was able to find log enough for them. According to them they believe I might have some sort of program issue or an possible throttle body issue. At this point we're not sure if it's actually mechanically or not. So they are writing another tune and send to me. Of course after I upload it it is possible I'll have to do another data log again. Good thing is it seems that I'm headed in the right direction at least. I'll post another update as I move forward. Again thanks danzcool. One thing I hate doing is just throwing parts at it hoping to fix, that can get expensive.

Dino. I did that already and the alternator is good. I've been suspecting throttle body, but not 100% sure yet. Hopefully with bama taking a look at the data log and writing another tune. Hopefully even if I gotta do another data log we'll find out for sure. On one hand I want it to be to get another for more hp over stock and on the other hand I don't, cause I ain't got the money for another just at this point and time.
