I went to the dealership today to buy some new exhaust gaskets for my LT install. My pypes came with new gaskets, but I was going to install some oem ones.

The service tech brought out a single gasket that covers 2 ports, so of course I'd need 4 to do the whole engine. Is that the right part? The gaskets that came with my LT's each have 4 holes in them so I only need 2 large ones rather than 4 small ones.

Make sense?

Yup, 2 separate gaskets for each side.

Thanks. Dealership wants $15 each so that's $60 for oem. I can get Percy gaskets for less than that. Wondering which one I should go with.

I paid 15 for both from mr gasket i think, and my ARH came with a set too

Have you priced Fel-Pro? I've always had good luck with they're gaskets.

If you want aftermarket get the Percy Seal-4-Good ones. They are re-usable like the OEM ones and cheaper. Don't do the Percy XX Carbon ones, they are the ones that came with my Kooks and I'm not a fan. When I feel up to the challenge I'm going to change them out to the Seal-4-Good ones. I just hate doing the headers on our cars since it's such a pain in the A$$ job.
