whistle noise on cold startup?

whistle noise on cold startup?
so over the past week or so i've noticed that when i start my car up from a very cold start such as first time of the day, theres a high pitched whistle noise every 3 seconds or so from under my hood. any idea wut this could be?

Yep. Theres a TSB on it. Cold feed hoot, if I recall (but then I drank a bit much last night). Find it in the 2005-2011 main forum sticky. Nothing of any major concern.
