Is it me or do I need my decoder ring? Maybe after I get home from work, get some grub, feed the dogs and take a pain killer I can try to help. I THINK I know what you're asking. In the meantime, a bit more info will help.
What gear is presently installed?
What wheel size?
What tire size?
Do you do mostly in-town stop -n-go driving? No highway at all? Any moto-X? Track?
Any performance mods planned?

Its stock rim and tire size. Just stop and go driving. Stock gear witch is stupid long. I plan on doing hedder back exaust spring time. I heard a lot of people saying go with a 4:30. And I may take it to the track but I have a trailer.

If you plan on keeping the stock tire diameter, a 3.73 would be a good all around choice in gear. That being said, once you start to research other rides you will find alot of guys going with bigger tire diameters on the rears for appearance at which point you might go with a 4.10.
Really either way you can't go wrong, just depends on your driving style and preferences. Next up would be an intake/tune combo from brenspeed or american muscle if you really want to make her humm.
Enjoy the upgrade bro!

If it's a dd, or you even think about driving in MI winters/snow/slush I wouldn't go all the way to 4.30s, if not h*ll yea...most go with 4.10s I believe...Find MFer diabolical for 15" rims with NICE "tall" tires

You'll have to modify the suspension a bit for 15" wheels I believe. And 4.30's would be awfully steep if it's anything other than a dedicated track car, IMO. 4.10's at the most or 3.73's if there'll be some distance put on the car.
If you're going to track, then you need to look at your shift points based on your gears, tire size and tranny. No sense having the positive aspect of quickness but the negative aspect of an additional shift. With my 3.55's, I redline 3rd at 110 MPH.
