Talking Temp gauge help - where's the brass plug on the left side of the motor

I bought auto meters 2268 adapter to do my install of the water temp sensor. Does anyone have any pics of the plug location mentioned below? I have seated all over the net and failed to find one that's still loading.

From autometer's website

Water Temp Location and/or Thread Size
for 4.6 engine(s)
Look below the last freeze plug on drivers side (left side) of the block. There will be a threaded in plug (16mm x 1.5). This can be accessed and removed from under the vehicle. For electric gauges use an Auto Meter model #2268 adapter. For mechanical gauges use an Auto Meter #2275 adapter.

That is def the temp sensor. It changes location based on the motor setup. Mine is under the manifold.

There's a 3/8 npt plug in the spot. Remove it and put in your sensor (use an adapter if your sensor has 1/4" or 1/8" threads).
If there's coolant in the block, it'll gush out of course.

I had my sensor there for awhile, but extreme header heat caused the sensor to fail prematurely, so I relocated it to the coolant crossover instead.

Thanks for all the help. I hated to ask cause I feel like it had to have been in a post some where on here and I just couldn't find it. After finding the plug I don't know Why i was not able to find it with out the picture.

Researching another problem that maybe you guys know the answer too. The dimmer feed I used is working opposite the way it should. When I cut up my stock gauges its dimming my after market gauges and vise versa. I may have found a how to that pointed me to the wrong wire behind the headlight switch. I tapped the "yellow/blue stripped" wire. What color wire did you tap into?

For future readers doing the same :

In all my searching I noticed a number of posts were people couldn't get the plug out. Mine was and 8mm allen key but I could not get the plug out with the usual L allen key. Went and picked up a 3/8 socket/8 mm allen and with a little work it came out.

had a doh moment and I figured out what I was doing wrong.

the yellow/blue wire would have worked great if I was just trying to power a light that illuminates the gauge face. However with the Glow shift gauges, they want a 12 volt feed that says when to dim. So I had to tap into the Tan with white stripe. Maybe this will help someone it the future.
