I haven't used the tuner for over a year, and all of the downloaded programs off the site was on my old computer which is dead.

I went to the SCTx3 site and it no longer has the program download there (the one that allows you to open up your emailed tunes in order to be uploaded to the SCTx3)

How do I open up an emailed tune to my computer, and upload it to the SCTx3?

I googled it and it only shows how to upload canned to tunes TO the car, not what I am trying to do...

i believe u go to sct site go to the update page under technical support and its the SCT SF3 Power Flash Ford Programmer Device Update Software one. u download that and u do it from there i believe

Well, I just got to it today- where do I find the SCT updater device software?

I got the updates, but I do NOT have the program that allows me to open the tune file/upload it to the SCT tuner..



where do I get the above program download?

it was on my old lap top, which is dead now.

I am using a Window 2000 Dell now (Crap, I know!)

That is the SCT Device Updater utility. You have to go to the download section, it will ask you for your device's serial # and you should be able to download it after that.

Thanks. I have 2 SCT tuners, an old one and a new one with the X3 serial number. I was stuck on the whole serial number thing and did not scroll down the page.. I thought I only needed that update. Turns out the one I needed was the one right below it lol..
