I have had a knocking noise from the engine since new can be heard at idle
and when accelerating at low speed, dlr has replaced cam phasers but noise still persist. so far ford dealers have not been any help, the engine is stock for now........51,000 miles......Reggie

Well, if that is what your problem is then you can go with Cam Phaser limiters from Livernois. Do a search on YouTube, there are some videos on there of the sound that is caused by the phasers.
