Battery...
Most likely the battery, there is actually a difference warm and cold weather batteries. I don't know if they are actually called "warm" or "cold" but it based on the amount of cold cranking amps they contain, the more the better it is for cold weather. I learned this from buying mine in texas and then living in ny, cars sold in warm weather states often come with warm weather batteries.

OE battery sucks on these. You need to get a battery with higher CCA's. I took my 06where it gets real cold sometimes in the winter (below 0 consistently) and no problems with aftermarket high CCA amps (I think 750?) I sold that car and this will be my first winter with the 10. It was bought new on the lot in February and I've already had to jump the darn thing once! Battery is on my list

Unless you have a load test rig, take the car to most any autoparts store and have them load test the battery AND the alternator.
What was the weight of the synthetic oil you put in? Should be 5W20; 0W20 in some cases.
Retune? Do you mean a DIFFERENT tune or just reload the current tune? Most likely your other tunes aren't THAT different. If the battery checks out, call your tuner and explain to them what's going on. They can likely tweak the tune and e-mail you updates.

I wouldnt be touching the tune on that car until you've got the battery and/or charging system fully checked out. If you end up with a partial tune and wipe that ECM, you're looking at a minimum 100 bucks to have Ford flash it if needed plus a tow. You could end up bricking your car. I did it to mine at the track on a really hot day and Ford was the only way I got it back to running condition. It sucked the big one.
