Default 2005 gt with alot of codes and lossed compression

hi everyone. i purchased a broke down 2005 gt with an auto trans today. the car was checked by my local ford dealer and they told the previous owner that the engine needed replacing and gave him the service sheet.
so here it goes:
p0022 intake camshaft position timing
po300 misfire
po305 #5
po307 #7
po308 #8
po316
p2198 o2 sensor signal stuck rich-bank-2-1
no compression on #7 and #5 cylinders

so, the engine does crank up and run rough. does this sound like the engine jumped timing or is there something else going on. i would appreciate any input. thanks

If there is a compression problem I would think there is either a serious valve issue or a set of crappy/damaged rings. Pull motor, check heads, pull pistons check rings.

A cylinder leak down test on #5 & 7 cylinders would tell you more info before commiting to pull the heads off.
You should weigh potential repair costs vs cost of replacing the motor.
