I have the bug to continue to mod... For those that have done the above, is there significant difference? Car is a nice weather around town weekend driver only.. 5 spd, non FI, 20" wheels

Don't think you'll have much of a 1st gear and most likely starting off from 2nd. My friend has 3:90s and likes the overall balance on both street and track.
4.10s would make the car more driveable if you install lopey cams. Otherwise not worth it.
And be prepared for some gear whine. Many folks who have gone to 4.10s report that they have some whine now.
I have had my 410s for over 3 years and no gear whine. The key is u have to find a shop that does these installs all the time or know someone that is good with these. And that goes for any change 373, 410, or 390. Plus it depends on what your goals are. If u have 373 now I probably would not change to a 410 and if u do end up doing cams the 373 should work ok. Why such a minimal change.
i put 4:10's in ours, best bang for the buck for seat of the pants and playing around, if i had to do it again i would do 4:30's. With the 4:10's the top end is more than usable without a track to go to. We had the ford dealer install ours, they were perfect from day one and i figured if they werent they have a customer service desk to go jump on.
Not enough bang for the bucks with the swap man. Take that money and save for some cam's or maybe dump the 20's and reduce driveline weight with a set of 18's.
