Default help me :( p0132 & p0152 o2 sensors fault :(

i'm in trouble with my car.. 2010 mustang gt.

since i mounted long tube headers i got a lot of problems, immediately after installed the rear o2 sensor fault came up, but dealt with that asking bama the same tune without the rear o2 detection.. all went fine for 15 days, saturday i went for a ride out of the city and the engine light came up and car going like ****

i took my sct and read the trouble code : p0132 and p0152, searched on the net. problem on the front sensors, both banks (the ones on the headers, that of course can't be turned off). so, excluding a fault on the sensors (i can accept one down, but both of them at the same time.. no way) what would you check?

tomorrow i rented the lift and first of all i'm gonna check the wiring, i purchased the extension but since they weren't enough long i decided to cut and extend the cables by myself, so maybe something's wrong with that, melting\tearing something like that, but if so.. both of them? seems very strange to me.
this after about 600\700 miles running smooth and fine..

i have to say that i don't have a lot of experience on USA cars, but the fact that both the codes came up together..mmm.. so strange.

i also tried deleting the codes, and also load another tune, after 15\20 miles the engine light goes on again!!!

is there any fuse that are linked to o2 sensors? and maybe one fuse manage the both sensors? are there something in the electrical scheme that is one thing and manage the 2 o2 sensors?

please help me, also because here the mechs are in real trouble with these cars. thank god i got my tuner, otherwise i would not know even where to start..

thank in advance..

yes checking the wiring is a good start, if the wiring is ok
then maybe look for a vacuum leak around the air intake
or the intake manifold itself.

An easy way to check for the vacuum leak is to take carb cleaner in the spray can. Spray it around the connections on the intake and manifold. If the idle changes then you have found the leak.

When you put the extensions on the O2 sensors, is it possible that you switched the sides so that the passenger side wiring is on the driver sensor and the driver on the passenger sensor?

Check your wiring to be sure it was secured and didn't contact the headers and melt them. I've seen this happen before.

Have you gotten a tune from anyone specifically made for the long tube headers?

O2 sensors placed in long tubes need a longer period of time to heat up. Tunes account for this and if you do not get the correct tune, your car will run like crap.

You could have an exhaust leak on both side and it's sucking in fresh air. That will give you a lean 02 code.

Scratch that, both those codes are for rich conditions. I think something shorted or it's the tune like Simon says(pun intended).

i've got the specific tune for them made by bama, first version with rear o2 still on that gave a code (p2xxx, specific of the rear o2), and the second version with rear o2 off..
made more than 800 miles with, car running great, believe me great until last weekend

today the lift was busy till late so i booked it for thursday after work and will look for wiring and exhaust leaks.. hope to find something there, also because i made a lot of road perfectly and suddendly one day i got these errors, so i think the tune is ok, always get on well with guys at bama, very kind trying understand my needs since my english is awful..

Look for burnt wires and for a sensor not plugged in all the way.
The codes show 'high voltage' like an open circuit, which an unplugged sensor or burnt signal wire would do.
And yeah, it'd run kind of bad.

Also be aware, if you get 'o2 slow response' codes, that can happen with long tubes. But those are different codes; a tune adjustment would correct those issues.
