Fuel pressure regulator for s197?

Default Fuel pressure regulator for s197?

Does anyone know a good fuel pressure regulator with the gauge for our s197gt's??

i think you might mean fuel pressure sender? if so check out
autometer.....they have a good selection of electrical gauges
with senders.

I want something I can adjust the pressure with, I don't know if it is worth upgrading the injectors but If I change the pressure the engine will make better use of the fuel than stock

Im still looking, Has anyone put one on their car? I know aeromotive makes them and I would like a gauge for it too?

The S197 has a returnless fuel system that is operated by a pump and boost-a-pumps. Fuel pressure is controled by a cobination of vacuum, powered supplied by the boost-apumps (BAP), fuel pumps and whatever is commanded from your tune. A mechanical fuel pressure regulator is part of our fuel system for good reason.

If you switch to a return style fuel system, then you would probably need a regulator.

Looking at your mods, you do not even need injectors yet, so don't mess with anything.

ohh okay thanks a lot for your help. People keep telling me that its an important mod but I never see them for my car guess thats why
