I'm not familiar with how the clutch switch is rigged but is there a way to shim it? I'll go take a look at my '07 for the hell of it.

On the clutch pedal assembly, there's a tab off to the left side that when depressed, pushes a plunger into the clutch switch which then llows the starter to engage. Problem is, that tab apparently isn't making full contact...i'm sure I could find SOME way to shim it but I think bending the tab farther back may be a little simpler/easier. Let me know what you think once you take a look at yours.

I just took a quick look and it doesn't APPEAR to be adjustable, at least while I was twisted like a pretzel trying to see. Before I'd go bending the tab on the clutch pedal shaft, I'd put a temporary shim on the tab's backside until I found out about any possible adjustments. Here's the shop manual. I'd dig into it but I have to head out.

Lol no kidding there, i'm only 6'0 160 lbs & I can barely squeeze myself down there. Guess i'll just shim it before I head off to work then, thanks for all the help everybody.
