2006 GT with 95000. Alternator failed today and my bumper was torn off in the parking lot last week >_<

Yeah its the connector on the wiring harness side. I'll try and get a pic of my old connector to show you. This connector plugs into the resistor that is in the fan shroud.

I want to say the ground wire was the bottom left. Either way you can see it arched pretty bad and caused the fan to no longer run.

2009 GT -stock 3.31's started whining at around 16k, tasca replaced - whined, tasca replaced-whined, tasca replaced-quiet. Strut mounts knocking @15k. Ball Joints at 25k. Hood seam and door skin bubbles at 25k.

She has 70k now.

2010 GT purchased new in March 2010. 15,000 miles no issues.

About the spark plugs... was Ford still using the spark plugs that could break off during removal in 2010? If so, I should get those changed.

08 gt 59k, had since new. cat converter and slave cylinder (leaking) under warranty, alternator (2 stereo amps..), replaced lca's with J&Ms when a stock bushing wore out. replaced brakes at 50k. replaced smooth driver's side idler pulley this afternoon due to whine.

Judging by the size of the wires going to the fan, it's a pretty high-current circuit, and its connectors will tend to run a little warm anyway. Arcing could easily be a combination of vibration and heat effects.

Any tips to removing those without breaking them? I bought my 06 used so I really don't know if they were changed or not.
