275/35-18? Depends on whether the tire is an Extra Load tire (designated XL), Standard Load (SL), or Light Load (LL). An XL tire would be OK, a SL tire is getting kind of "iffy", and a LL tire doesn't have nearly enough load capacity. In any event, the door-sticker recommended 32 psi inflation pressure isn't going to be enough.
