Rear Defrost

I just bought a 05 Mustang GT and my rear defrost will not come on. The button will not even come on. I know the mini relay is in slot 29 under the hood. Would that be the only cause for this?

Check Fuse 52 (30amp) in BEC (engine compartment)

Check the connectors at the glass?
