I'm actually a bit stunned, I tried my centech one from harbor freight, got near the same result as my good true RMS meter. Thought for sure it wouldn't be worth a damn for this down and dirty test that requires a decent meter. 0.02v AC ripple. Not "as" good I'm guessing at the .02v was from it, the other registered .015, but far better than expected.
