Loud high pitched squeak help

Hey all,
My 2006 Mustang GT started making a very loud high pitched noise this morning. Weird thing is it happens only when the car is moving, even with the engine off. Any ideas?

Need more detail. Could be a rock between your dust shield and brake rotor, but really need a better description, a guess as to where it sounds like it's coming from, anything to give us more to go on. Video?

Why does your car move with the engine off?

If that's really the case, I'd agree on something between the rotors and brake pad or possibly a bad wheel bearing.
