Thanks everyone. Ya'll made really good points as to not keep the stock flywheel. I think I'm leaning more towards exedy stage 2 clutch and a steel flywheel. Know of any good websites to get them from i only know of americanmuscle.com.

Thanks again:-)

I just installed an Advance Technology Clutch (ACT) in my mustang and Love it! They make a great product and can definitely notice a huge difference. Their prices were great and great reviews. Highly recommend changing the throwout bearing (even if it cost $200) it will save you a lot of time and money in the long run, also change out the pilot bearing

I agree. Satisfaction of purchase will far out last the memory of the price you pay. Mcleod is expensive for a reason. They make the best clutch for our car.

Agreed. I've driven on several aftermarket clutches. The McLeod is by far the best I've owned.

Nice try, but only a Chevy fanboy would write something like that here. If you knew anything about how well those clutches have done in the S197s making good power and are raced regulary, you would be an advocate like the rest of us that have one.
