speedo cluster question

Default speedo cluster question
the original guage cluster in my 98 doesnt work correctly. wheres the best place to send and get it fixed at a reasonable price and time frame? can i fix it myself? if so, how? also what year(s) cluster will work if i find a used one? thanks

If you asked in the right section instead of 05-09 4.6 gt section.

In the 05's and early 06's, the stepper motors in the cluster were a chronic issue. I can't speak for a '98.

i didnt see any other 4.6 tech section, i'll look again. the speedo needle doesnt work right
