Dataloggers, fuel pump voltage spike at start up?

It does it regardless of tune, but not always. Has anyone ever recorded this anomaly? Maybe it's just a glitch in the sct software.
You must be either retired, kidless, wifeless or a really hard worker. I do not have the time to look at stuff like that. If my car breaks, then I fix it. I'll clean up later if I have time lol.
