Default Not so great Friday night

Well I've been running a Hellion 62mm turbo kit on my stock engine 07 mustang GT since about 2008. I've been running it at 10 lbs. Motor let loose on me last night :-(
Time to upgrade! Any recommendations for some nice engines?! Time to get past the 500whp mark anyway!

Can you save the heads? If you can, or can get some, I'd try a Brenspeed
B326 shortblock

Thanks guys, I was actually talking to those guys today and he did recommend the B326. I haven't pulled anything out of the car yet, not sure if the heads are any good. When slinging a rod through the block is it more common for the heads to be ok or does it usually tear them up? Its looking pretty bad, part of a piston came out of the hole..

My heads were okay but I had to get new valves and springs. Cheaper than a new set of heads.
