What kind of trap speeds did you get with the whipple tune? I'm going to get it dynoed again soon. I've seen a few others with rich afr and 2003-4 cobras came from the factory that rich. Did you have the stock exhaust with the whipple tune?

(stupid auto correct on my ipod turned afr into age!)

My traps were 115-116 as far as I can remember. (If I was at home I'd pull some old time slips to be sure. Stuck at work.) Exhaust was stock.

Two weeks-ish for me. I ordered mine when it seemed like everyone on this forum was ordering one. There was a short wait time then.

Good deal. I ordered it thru American Muscle. They say 4-6 weeks. However, they said it comes from FRPP, so I called FRPP and they said 7-10 days. FRPP also said that it actually comes direct from Whipple. I called them and they gave the same time est. as FRPP.

They come directly from whipple. Mine was sitting at the yellow cab hub for a few days, because they didn't want to drive it out to the sticks. They claimed they tried to deliver it, but that BS, because I was home all day.

Yes, the anticipation was bad for me, lol. Even worse, there was a bad batch of wiring harnesses for the GT500 fuel pumps and I got one of them. It was a simple fix, but I had to wait an extra week to drive it while I waited to hear back from FRPP on how to fix the problem.

FINALLY got my car back after some setbacks. After the whipple was installed, the engine blew on the dyno bc of a faulty tune. Luckily, Ford Racing pulled through and sent a BRAND NEW engine (complete assembly and all). After all was said and done, the car dyno'd 438 rwhp and 426 ft lbs of torque on a Mustang Dyno. I cannot remember the A:F ratio off the top of my head. When I go back home this wknd I will take a picture of the dyno sheet. The car is a blast to drive! So much power compared to stock. I will also take pictures of the car when I get back home around a camera. You can find some pictures of it on the shop's facebook where I got it put on. Awesome guys who truly helped me out.
