TR-3650 to TR-6060 question
I'm considering swapping to a tr-6060 what are the differences beside the clutch I should be aware of before doing this swap? I see a hose on top of the 6060 what is it for?

This may also get you started:

Not everything is in those kits though. You will need a new TCU.

As you stated, the clutch plate needs changed because of different input shaft splines.
The hose on top of the 6060 is typically for the breather.
The driveshaft is a different length.
The 6060 has a reverse lockout solenoid which some have not even bothered to wire up. I wired mine into my brakelight circuit.
Looking into the T56 Magnum is a good point. I would have used it myself, but it was not available when I needed it.
