I'm not sure that you can capture an accurate enough A/F ratio for tuning purposes by your method without a wideband O2 sensor. With the narrow band O2 sensors the car uses you could tell if you are richer or leaner than 14.7:1, but you can't tell by how much.

Brenspeed has great tunes and great customer service. They have a deal similar to american muscle for tunes. Any part u buy from them comes with a free tune. I have enjoyed working with the team at brenspeed. Another plus is that they basically use or have used every part they sell. They race every year so they have first hand knowledge on what certain parts can and can't do in real world situations. Not just on a Dyno

I doubt you will do better than your americanmuscle tune. I've never gotten a tune from them, but if you feel it's not right, they are very quick to try and fix it. My first tune was from brenspeed. Then I used the canned whipple tune for years after installing the blower.
I got a tune from brenspeed for the whipple and the part throttle was so much better, but I thought maybe I could do better. I tried a tune from vmp tuning, but it was never as good at part throttle acceleration as the brenspeed tune. Brents tune just had better driveability.
