Default Which weight trans oil?

I'm going to be swapping out my stock fluid in my new TR-3650 for AMSOIL but I noticed there are two different weights. There's the 75w-90 and the 5w-30 synchromesh. Which one would be best for the TR-3650?

I just ordered Royal Purple Synchromax.

I don't know what weight is recommended, but the royal purple synchromax is not a 5w30 oil, it's much thicker than that.

If you call Tremec and ask what they recommend they will tell you Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF fluid. That's what I use in mine and it dramatically improved the shifting effort.

Tremec recommends that, because that's all they have actually tested. They probably failed to mention that. I bet they get a kick back from mobil 1.

Well, I have to say it was an excellent recommendation because it works perfect. Much smoother shifts than the Mercon Ford recommends.

Fords transmission fluid is complete garbage. I think I'm going to try the royal purple since I run that in my engine and rear end also. From the reviews I've seen it is a night an day difference. Just wish I would have changed the fluid out on my auto earlier. It'd still be in tip top shape if it wouldn't have been for the crappy fluid.
