Clicking noise when starting up S/C mustang
Hey all, my car has begun to make a rhythmic clicking noise for the first several seconds after I start it. It will click maybe 10-15 times then stop. When sitting in the car, I hear it coming from the center/right, at first thinking it was the A/C or CD player. I took out all CD's and turned off the AC and it still does it. It runs fine, no smells, no "check engine" lights, nothing. I have had a new engine w/ whipple intercooled supercharger installed a couple months ago.
Any thoughts on what this could be?

It depends on which actuator is faulty; you'll need to listen under the dash/globebox area to determine which one. From what I see on fordparts.com, there are three different actuators: 19E616A, 19E616B and 19E616C
