Crank no start after tune loaded. PCM not firing cop's any ideas

Anyone notice how high their fuel pressure goes? It was going to 80 to 100 while cranking. I could only remember it going to 60 or so.
Sent out the tb to accufab to check out today.
Put a camera in the cylinders. Still has the print showing which way to install them on the pistons.
If ist is not the tb, buying a new pcm.

Car is running again. It ended up being the boost a spark. Must have been back feeding voltage into the system. Still didn't work by removing.it. had to put back wiring to stock with 18 gauge wires. Very strange. Tuning it on Monday.

Boost-a-spark, what the hell is that?

Kenne Bell product. It is supposed to boost the voltage to the ignition. I bought it used off of SVT Performance and I am guessing the guy sold it because he couldn't get his car to run right with it.
Tune is supposed to be done tomorrow.
I am hoping my tip-in issue is gone after it.
