Pete @ Performance dyno is in Loudin NH, about 75min from you.
Great guy, great tuner. Guys come from all over to bring their cars up there, and I have mine tuned by him as well. Also, since dyno tuning is a side business, he is extremely inexpensive.
Chris @ MPE Racing is in Tounton MA, about 60min away.
Same as Pete, great guy, great tuner. A buddy of mine has his car built there, and Chris is OCD when it comes to the details. He spent 20+ hours tuning the car before it was built, with just hotrods and a whipple kit, to make it perfect.
Now, I'm sure Pete does the same thing, otherwise people wouldnt come so far to get their cars tuned there, but since I don't have a crazy combo, I can't comment. I've seen some of the cars he has tuned there on dyno days, and talked to the owners, and they are all beyond satisfied.

The KB tune is OK but is a canned tune common to that specific setup. If you have other mods or variations., the tune wont account for it.
Your car is unique. Your geography and weather is unique. Get a custom tune form a reputable tuner who can tune the KB setups. That's your best bet!
And welcome to the KB Brotherhood
