Help me ID this part please... (oil leak)

Help me ID this part please... ANSWERED!
Can anyone tell me what this sensor is?
It appears the rubber seal has torn and has caused a very slight oil leak that is slowly causing my engine bay to get quite dirty.
And for the life of me I can't figure out how to remove it. Once disconnecting the connector I thought maybe I had to pry it off using the tabs but it didn't budge and I didn't want to force it. I don't see how it can screw out with the tabs the way they are...
Help...
EDIT
So I found the part. It is the RH side VCT Oil Control Solenoid.

But how to remove?
Edit 2
Slowing solving my problem by myself... with the help of the Internet.
And TacoBill:

Apparently the solenoid is separate from the plastic/rubber cover with the tabs. Probably just have to pry it off the cam cover and slide a new one over it.
Edit 3
Ok, now that I figured out the name of it and googled it... common issue. I figured so:

Part # 7L1Z-6C535-AA (Edit <------ Wrong part #, see below)
AND apparently it is a PITA to remove/replace. Awesome.
Edit 4
Picked up 7L1Z-6C535-AA and I could immediately tell it was not the right part. It does not have any tabs on the part like in the attached pic. Spoke to the parts guy who discovered there was a running change in 06 and the part with the tabs is 3L3Z-6C535-AA.
They had it in stock. $12

One way that may make removing the VCT solenoid seal easier is to pry one of the seal tabs upwards with a flat blade screwdriver so it's vertical, grab the tab with a pair of vice-grips leaving a space between the vice-grips jaws and the valve cover, place the screwdriver blade in that space, and pry the vice-grips up with the screwdriver blade. Repeat for the other tab.

i am definitely going to try that. i am hoping to replace it without removing the whole cam cover. oiy.
part should be in today at the dealership so i'll know exactly what i'm working with.
Update:
Picked up the part I ordered and it was the wrong one; without the tabs.
Talked to the parts guy and he found the right part with the tabs and they had it in stock:
3L3Z-6C535-AA
